Bag That!!
As part of their CSR initiative Spencer's has this cool Jute bag highlighting Eco Friendly, which they sell for 25 bucks.
Now the bad part, They don't allow consumers to take the Bag inside the Stores. After shopping, they give your stuff in infinite plastic bags , Its quite an effort to empty the contents in your Eco friendly bag and then return the plastic bags.

There was a time when the average Indian was much more Eco friendlier without any corporate encouragement, Everyone had an unique shopping bag to identify with, Sadly overtime the bags seemed to have disappeared or people have stopped using it.
Compiling a few of the retro ones, and I would be happy if its back en vogue.
The Basket Bag : once used by all
Black rexine bags used by Goans
Lulu's & Joy Allukas Bags Mallu at times to showoff Gulf return status.
Gujju's super strong cloth Bag stitched from left over pant/ shirt piece.
The famous Maharashtrian flower soft fabric Pishveee.
The famous yellow Tirupati prasad cloth bag used by Tams and Mallus.
Do feel free to add to the list or if I've missed any Eco Warriors.
And yes, I hope to make a Jute bag for Bombay for all people, Hopefully free of cost powered by sponsorship.
Lemme know if you are game.
