This deal is an amazing deal , never before has any country gone out of the way to share nuclear technology and energy know how with any other country considering we still get to keep our nukes and build more if required.
For a country whose 97% population faces acute power shortage and loading shedding of 3-7 hours everyday this is a god send gift.
But what do we do .. as always we have a bunch of morons from Right to Left opposing it citing some insane logic & reasons with the ultimate aim of grabbing the seat at centre.
Iits just amazing to see eternal rivals Third Front and NDA, Secular forces aka Commies Gang and Sampradayak Takats coming together for this free for all mela .
The Logic & reason given for opposing the deal :-
BSP - Its against Muslim interests and Dalit interest and since Mulayam singh is supporting it, we have to oppose it.
BJP - I just cant bear to see Congress take credit for something we initiated.
CPI-CPM Commies - America is against Communists, against India, against Muslims plus we have to report to China.
Telugu Desam :Â I like USA's investments in Andhra , but since I'm out of power I dont want YSR take credit.
JD(S) - Deve Gowda -Â Congress refused to nationalize mines owned by my rivals in Bellary, I hope Behenji does it when she becomes a fluke PM like me.
Shiv Sena : We did it with Enron, we have past experience.
RLD - Ajit Singh - Congress gave me my own father's airport in Lucknow but I want JFK Airport to be renamed after Chaudary Charan Singh, 7th PM of India.
TRS - Behenji promised to give us Telengana, with 17 seats I'm sure she will become the PM that Indian public dreamed about.
SAD : We like Kaneda, we cant support USA.
Others are clueless - we are here to collect money & plum ministerial berths incase we make it by fluke.
Independents - We have an online auction on Ebay, we switch sides anytime.
Even a 20:20 match hasn't been so interesting, I hope UPA makes it, India needs clean power and lots of power, we have a fucking population of 1.3 billion that is praying for lifestyle that the western world achieved 50 years ago.
Whatever people might say India and America are gonna be the partners for the next century, America needs India big time and we should make the best out of it on our interest in the changing world.
My Bet - UPA getting 280-290 votes.
