IC Colony Fair - Jatra 2010 - Snapshots
The fair this year was very subdued, no stalls or hawkers on the street, no major stall in the school ground, no gambling stalls, quiet peaceful by usual standards & heavy security arrangements. But then this was at 1 pm, I think by evening the scene would change.
