The Makeover - Nerolac Impressions
The bedroom is your little world where we relax. It's a place where it's all about Being Family!
And it was time for a makeover of this very important room. Why we needed a makeover?? Well the pictures below will give you an idea...
The basic premise was simple. We planned to paint the room. And move around some furniture.
But finally we ordered best recliner, which will show you in the new post! Couldn't share this news!
For this we needed someone whom we can trust to

We took a call to trust Nerolac. Nerolac is the second largest paint company in India because of product innovations, cutting-edge R&D, state-of-the-art solutions & sensitivity towards the environment. Constant Innovation is a highlight of this company.
We got things rolling. The first step was meeting up with the Nerolac Team comprising of Interior designer, Project Incharge & Site supervisor.
My son Vivaan was also a key member :)On his recommendation we decided on having one of the walls colored blue. After some discussions with the Interior decorator we decided on Blue and Yellow as the colors for the wall. Three sides of the room would be painted Yellow and the last one Blue. The ceiling was to be painted white. Then came the task of choosing the right shade of Blue & Yellow. It turned out that they have a million shades of blue & yellow. It was pretty difficult to choose the right shade. With the help of the Interior decorator the shades were chosen.
A two tone of Deepset Eye & Flora shade was chosen for one wall and Starlight for the other three walls. It was decided to add Bagging texture to the blue shade.

The work started on 4th July as promised by the team. The team was very helpful in covering up the furniture. Infact most of it was done by them. They made sure that everything that need not be painted was covered in plastic…. including the switch boards. ss
They then started the repair work. The war zone pics :)
 ss ss POP, 2 coats of Primer Putty, Sanzing & Primer all done and some really cool textures and this is the final result.
